Also, I have changed the name of my company. So M Photography will now be known as Melissa Lyn Photography. My email address will still be the same for a while. But you are also welcome to use: info@melissalynphotography.com.

Thanksgiving in Julian

We took a trip down to Julian for Thanksgiving with our family and rented a beautiful cabin in the mountians, just 5 minutes from town. It was nice and cool out, which is just what we wanted! Here are a few photos from our trip:

Pumpkin Patch

Well I'm going backwards here, but I had to post these. Here is Landon at the Pumpkin Patch when it was literally 100 degerees outside. Poor guy, he was so hot.

Halloween

I've been dying to post these pictures of Landon!! First of all, how darn cute is he in this pumpkin picture??!?!?!?!? We thought for sure that we'd have to bribe him with something because he wouldn't like to sit in the pumpkin, but he was totally fine with it! In fact I got the shot in less than 5 minutes and he is smiling in all of them! Guess I've trained him well; I'm just hoping he's this good for our Christmas Card shoot!



And about Halloween, I was so bummed that I had to miss his first halloween ever because I had a wedding to shoot-yes someone actually got married on Halloween! But Kyle sent me video of him crawling around and took some of these photos. Check them out......

It is so hard to keep him out of things, I'm constantly running after him because he is into everything! I can't even take photos of him anymore without someone there to help me. And when I am alone, he's always reaching for my camera! Check these out....

I decided to take Landon along with me on a photo shoot I had last weekend. Katie watched him while I worked. Landon has never played in the sand before and by the time I was done with my shoot he was covered in sand. He was even eating it. We both had to jump in the shower to wash off when we got home. I was soaked from the chest down and covered in sand as well. Check out some of my favs.....

Happy Fall! Landon's day at the park

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted some updated photos of Landon here. He is doing great! He will be 9 months old next week and I can't believe it! He's been crawling for over the past month, and has been pulling himself up on everything! It's so cute to walk in his room in the morning and find him standing up and flashing the biggest smile ever! If you hold his hands he walks pretty fast, so I know I'm in for some trouble soon! He's already in to EVERYTHING!!! I can't turn my back for one second before he's going for something he's not suppossed to have. Ah, boys. Well here are some photos I took a few weeks ago. SO CUTE!
